PAYMENTS
50% of cost payable at time of booking.
Remaining 50% payable 4 weeks before holiday.

We may also charge a security deposit of £70, prior to the start of your stay at the apartment. This is to cover any breakages or damage to the property while you are there. The apartment will be inspected after your departure and the deposit refunded if no issues are found.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund - 100% refund within 24 hours after booking (provided the stay is at least 60 days away).
Partial refund - 50% refund of the amount paid if cancelled at least 4 weeks before check-in.
No refund - No refund if cancelled less than 4 weeks before check-in.

DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS
You will be responsible for any damage to the property or contents during your stay, that are caused by you or one of your party. In this instance, the security deposit will be kept and if the costs are considered to be significantly over the deposit, we reserve the right to pursue you for funds to cover the costs.

FLIGHTS
Bulgaria is a 3 hour flight from London, with a few airlines offering flights to Bourgas (Burgas) Airport - which is the closest airport to the apartment. The travel time from airport to apartment is between 30 to 45 minutes. We can arrange a transfer for you for £30 (each way) or you can make your own arrangements. The cheapest flights are usually from London Luton and are with WizzAir. EasyJet do provide flights from Gatwick, but these tend to be more pricey. Stanstead often provide flights too with Jet2 or EasyJet.

PLEASE CHECK WHICH DAYS OF THE WEEK HAVE FLIGHTS AS THERE IS NOT ALWAYS A DAILY SERVICE. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU DO THIS, BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY AT THE APARTMENT.

No parties or events
Please be respectful of the space and our apartment. Accidents do happen but we expect furniture and furnishings to still be intact after a stay please.
The Bulgarian drainage system is not perfect, so it is essential guests do not to put anything other than loo paper down the toilet e.g. sanitary products, wet wipes (even flushable) etc. A bin is provided.
