Available Services
The apartment is looked after by the complex managers Ivan & Ralitza, while we are not there. If you have any issues or questions, please do speak to them and they will do her best to resolve them.
WELCOME PACK
A welcome pack can be provided on arrival (on request) with some basic essentials for you, including:
Bread, Milk, Butter, Cereals, Jam, Eggs, Pasta, Sauce, Bottled Water, Juice. If there is anything else that you require, please let us know and we can try and accommodate your needs.
SUPERMARKETS
There is a Lidl at the bottom on the hill on the main road - about a 30 min walk. If you need a larger supermarket 'Janets' is just a few km's away and is similar to a Bookers/CostCo style shop, with a huge range of food and household essentials, pharmacy, flower shop, foreign exchange etc.
There is also a small shop next door to the BBQ restaurant up the hill.

BED LINENS/TOWELS
Bed linen and towels are provided, with beds made up for your arrival. Unfortunately, there is not a laundry service available, so if you require clean sheets or towels during your stay, you are welcome to use the washing machine available.
CAR HIRE
There is a small and very basic car hire shop available on site, and Ralitsa/Ivan can point you in the owners direction. Please be aware that the cars are very basic - but very cheap to hire. If you would prefer something a bit more 'official', then there is a car hire site about 30 mins walk away on the main road near the Action Aquapark.
SECURITY FOB
The complex is secured by a security gate, and you will be provided with a fob and key to access this. There is a charge of £10 to replace these items if they should become lost or damaged, while you are using them. Please see Ralitsa or Ivan on site, if you need new keys or fobs.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSIT
Payments:
50% of cost payable at time of booking.
Remaining 50% payable 4 weeks before holiday.

We may also charge a security deposit of £70, prior to the start of your stay at the apartment. This is to cover any breakages or damage to the property while you are there. The apartment will be inspected after your departure and the deposit refunded if no issues are found.

No pets
No parties or events
Please be respectful of the space and our apartment. Accidents do happen but we expect furniture and furnishings to still be intact after a stay please.
The Bulgarian drainage system is not perfect, so it is essential guests do not to put anything other than loo paper down the toilet e.g. sanitary products, wet wipes (even flushable) etc. A bin is provided.
